Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BillByVoice (“the App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

BillByVoice is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. The App does not provide legal advice, representation, or services, nor does your use of the App create an attorney-client relationship between you and the developers or any third party.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all data you input, process, or export using BillByVoice. You agree to use the App in full compliance with all applicable laws, court rules, professional regulations, and confidentiality obligations. You acknowledge that your jurisdiction’s ethical rules regarding billing, data retention, and client information remain your responsibility.

4. Data Privacy and Security

All client, case, and billing data is processed and stored exclusively on your device. BillByVoice does not access, transmit, collect, or store any user data externally. No data is shared with the developers, third parties, or any cloud service. You are solely responsible for securing your device and backups. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, features, trademarks, and content provided through BillByVoice are owned by the developers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the App solely for your own legal practice and may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App or its content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of BillByVoice require a paid subscription. All payments are securely processed by the Apple App Store. You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your App Store account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or App Store policy.

7. Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue BillByVoice (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

BillByVoice is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of BillByVoice, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BillByVoice at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, USA.

12. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developers regarding BillByVoice. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
